Because our products may include digital downloads, printed publications, custom-made merchandise, and event registrations fulfilled through various independent partners, refund and return eligibility may differ depending upon the nature of the purchase.

Digital products, including eBooks and other downloadable publications, are generally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment processing.

Because digital content may become accessible upon delivery, purchases of digital products are generally considered final.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, digital products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once access has been provided.

Customers experiencing technical difficulties accessing purchased digital content are encouraged to contact us so that reasonable assistance may be provided where possible.


3. Printed Books

Printed books may be eligible for review if:

  • the incorrect item was received;

  • the product arrived with significant manufacturing defects;

  • the shipment was materially damaged during transit; or

  • another fulfillment error may have occurred.

Supporting photographs or other documentation may be requested to assist with evaluation.

Where an issue is verified, an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy, may be considered.

Requests based solely upon personal preference, ordering errors, or changes of mind may not qualify for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.


4. Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Many apparel items and merchandise available through this Website are custom-produced specifically for each order.

Because these products may be manufactured on demand, requests based solely upon:

  • incorrect size selection;

  • color preference;

  • ordering by mistake;

  • buyer's remorse; or

  • changes in personal preference

may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after production has commenced.

Where merchandise arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, printing error, damage, or fulfillment mistake, an appropriate resolution may be considered following review.

Supporting photographs may be requested before any determination is made.


5. Signed or Limited Edition Products

From time to time, limited edition, signed, or personalized products may be offered.

Because these products may be individually prepared or customized, purchases may generally be considered final once production or personalization has begun.

Where fulfillment errors or verified defects occur, available remedies may be reviewed on an individual basis.


6. Event Tickets

Registrations or tickets for speaking engagements, book signings, seminars, or other live events may be subject to event-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated, event purchases may generally be considered final.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified, purchased tickets may remain valid for the updated event where reasonably practicable.

However, because certain products may enter production or fulfillment shortly after an order is received, cancellation may not always be possible.

Where production, personalization, printing, shipment preparation, or digital delivery has already commenced, cancellation requests may be declined.

Refunds or replacements may not be available where delivery issues result from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Where returned shipments are received, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
